Some AP invoices are missing in the OTBI Payables Report

Hi Team

We have created OTBI report in Payables. In that report we have given three parameters 1) Accounting period 2) Supplier 3) Business Unit.

If we download the report using any of these parameters, the report is showing all the AP invoices.

But when we run the consolidated report for all BU, all Supplier and all the periods some invoices are missing in that report, that too missing invoices belong to a specific business unit.

What would be the reason?

    Can you share the report xml / catalog / screenshots of the filters that you are using? It will helpful to understand the issue better.

    What is the data volume for this report when you execute for all and how are you downloading the data is it csv or excel?

    Hi,

    Can you share the report XML / catalog / screenshots of the filters that you are using? It will be helpful to understand the issue better.
    In this report, no filters are used.

    What is the data volume for this report when you execute for all, and how are you downloading the data — is it CSV or Excel?
    The data volume for this report is 82382 rows.
    The data is being downloaded in Excel format.

    Hi @Rajesh Kushwaha,

    It seems it might be the issue of data download limit for OTBI report. If you filter the report the data is witing that limit and you are getting all rows but when you are executing without the filter the data volume is exceeding the limit and it is not bringing all rows.

    If you use this analysis and define a BIP report you will be able to download all the rows.

    Is there any option to increase this limit in the OTBI repot itself instead of going with BIP report?
