Item Description error from Dashboard Prompt

Question

currently working on Purchase history dashboard , using subject area- Procurement -Purchasing real time , when we are searching with item description (long item description) it is turning in error for normal item description it is running without any error , is their any specific character limit set for dashboard prompt specially for item description, kindly advise.

Hi @skhan,

Thanks for the details.

Please note the 'Contains Any' is case sensitive.

As a work around you can define the presentation variable and use either lower or upper function on that field and you have to use that particular case while executing the prompt and it should bring all data.
