The bursting query for Create Customer Statement ESS Job is seeded, and it fails for international customers, but it works for domestic customers. We haven't changed anything with the code and yet it fails for international customers. Can someone tell me if this is a code issue and we have to update the seeded bursting query or it might because of a configuration of international customers? Thanks.

Hi @User_UOE4S,
Welcome to the Oracle Anlaytics Community!
Can you please check if the email addresses are valid and not having any space etc for the international customers.
It seems it may fail if there's issue with email address. Please find below the Oracle note which willl provide more information.
Hope this help.
Thank you.

Hi Bhaskar,
We used the same email for both the domestic and the international customer. Just for the sake of testing, we set the contact points for both the sample domestic customer and sample international customer to have the same email. The international customer still fails.

Hi @User_UOE4S,
Thanks for the details.
Would recommend to raise with Oracle Support to get their expert opinion as we're not able to replicate the issue in our end also Oracle Support will have the access to log etc.
Please update here once you managed to resolve the issue; it'll be helpful knowledge for us as a community.
Thank you.
