    yes it was working perfectly with AD user and weblogic users.

    server was idle for 1 week and later on when i started stopping services through Stop Bi services build is getting failed while stopping the services.

    and i can see the below message.

    This looks like an AD issue,

    Can you try pinging the AD Server and check if you are getting any pings. Also are you using a user from AD as the trusted user?

    Have you configured External Active Directory in that Environment?

    Hi Shams,

    we have configured External LDAP and there seems to be issue with LDAP server. we have intimated this to LDAP and network team to look into it.
