@SameerJain Please let me know if you are working with any of your customers to enable the HR Help Desk functional area in FDI. I would like to get a feedback from you/your customers on this. If this helps them in their analytical requirements and if there are any additional features required. Please message me(if possible) on my inbox with the list of customers that you have enabled this feature.

Do you have any details on the current OOTB offering for analytics on HR Help Desk reporting? The deck you shared is very valuable, but cannot find any details online on if this has now been implemented.

Hi @Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle,
We have enabled the HR Help Desk functional area and added the 'Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Administrator' group to my user, however, I see no data from this subject area. Do you have any clue of what could be happening?

Hi @Mayron have you run the pipeline after enabling the functional area? That is the step that gets you the data into the warehouse

Thanks for answering.
Yes, it is active since July, I also reloaded the Data yesterday but remains not showing any information and all facts appear as zero.
Now, I've reviewed and it is working in our test environment, where is not working is in production. The activation was done later on the test environment but the configuration is the same in both.
