How can I give the subject area access in OTBI to a user from fusion ?

I'm doing data validation in FDI , and found that I'm getting SOAP server error for HCM - Talent Acquisition related metrics.
and I'm getting SRC value null for HCM - Workforce Absence Management related metrics (instead of soap error)
What does it mean , how Can i give access to these 2 subject areas to my user in Fusion ?

    Please ensure that all subject areas to be validated are activated in OTBI.

    For reference:

    Please check with a user who has OTBI Administrator access to confirm that these Subject Areas are accessible.

    • Can you try using SOAP UI or Postman with the user credentials.
    • If you get 401/403 — it’s a privileges issue.
      If you get a 500 SOAP error — the web service might be disabled or under maintenance.
