Requisition DFF not appearing

we have BI enabled DFF at requisition distribution level for capturing project information which has been using for several years but it was not BI enabled recently we have Bi enabled it and run ESS job as well , but cannot find in requisition real time subject area , at setup and maintenance deployment status showing "edited" . do we need to deploy again ?

Update , Deployment also completed but still cannot see the DFF

Hello Skhan,

You may want to check the log of the BI Extender job you ran.

Look for errors like 'Edited' but not deployed or any other errors.
Those have to be resolved first before the DFF attributes can start showing in OTBI.

we did as per the below steps " DFF reportable " but still we could'nt able to locate it in the subject area - Procurement requisition real time.

Once you fix the flexfields in Edited state by deploying them again and then run the "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence" from scheduled processes page and then test the issue.

Sometimes OTBI needs a metadata refresh. If you still don't see the DFF:

Log out and back in.
Navigator → Tools → Reports and Analytics
Click on "Browse Catalog"
Go to Administration → Reload Files and Metadata

Also, it is worth checking ….

Was the DFF segment deployed to the correct context (e.g., global or specific)?
Are you looking in the right subject area (e.g., "Requisition Real Time" vs "Procurement - Purchasing Real Time")?
Was the segment added to the Requisition Distribution entity, not just Requisition Header or Line?
