Missing Field in Checklist Real Time Subject Area.
I am currently developing an analysis from a journey that leverages questionnaires. In each question, we provide the ability to add "Additional Comments". However, after pulling every field from the subject area, I have found "Additional Comments" isn't represented. That was further reenforced by questions here. My question: Is it possible if I have the table and field name to pull a field from the database itself into the analysis?

Hello, OTBI SA is restricted to whatever data elements are exposed in the delivered subject areas. You can’t reference base table fields or write SQL to fetch them in the OTBI front-end.
Hope it helps!

Hi @VictorAts,
Welcome to the Oracle Analytics Community!
Quick Question: How does the 'Additional Comments' field been configured in your application? Is it a DFF?

Hi @VictorAts,
If it is a DFF, it can be brought to the OTBI subject areas.
Please find below a high level steps that needed to be done For the DFF's to be available in OTBI.
- While creating DFF segment, make BI enabled checkbox yes for the segment.
- Deploy DFF.
- Run the "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions For Transactional Business Intelligence" process from scheduled process area.
Hope this help.
Thank you.
