Hi @User_6H96B We are in the process of designing and development of HR Help Desk subject area in HCM FDI. This is in our 24B roadmap. Will keep you posted as soon we announce the delivery of that. Please reach out to me if you have any specific use case around HR HD Analytics to solve in your organization. I can try to add that to scope now, if not later.

Hi @Victor H happy to announce that HR Help Desk subject area is available in Release 24R2 of HCM FDI. I hereby share a sample dv output for reference. It is in Self-Enablement Preview currently.

If this helps them in their analytical requirements and if there are any additional features required. We have enabled the HR Help Desk functional area and added the 'Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Administrator' group to my user, however, I see no data from this subject area. Do you have any clue of what could be happening?

Hi @Mayron have you run the pipeline after enabling the functional area? That is the step that gets you the data into the warehouse

Yes, it is active since July, I also reloaded the Data yesterday but remains not showing any information and all facts appear as zero.
Now, I've reviewed and it is working in our test environment, where is not working is in production. The activation was done later on the test environment but the configuration is the same in both.

Coming back to this point — we opened an SR almost two months ago and the issue is still unresolved.
I have a couple of questions:
The steps Oracle suggested for trying to solve the issue seem more related to the new Redwood UI than the Classic one.
