Currently, in Oracle HCM Cloud Feedback Center, feedback templates appear in a random or system-defined order, and there is no option to configure or define a custom display sequence.
Our business requirement is to display feedback templates in a specific sequence based on organizational hierarchy or type, for better usability and user experience.
For example, we have created the following templates as per business need:
1. Valued Behaviours Feedback C2/C3
2. Valued Behaviours Feedback C4
3. Valued Behaviours Feedback C5
4. Leadership Performance
However, in the Feedback Center, these templates do not appear in the above order, which causes confusion for users when selecting the correct feedback form.
