How to create CS pivot (Suppliers as Columns) in OTBI?

I am working on a Comparative Statement report in Oracle Fusion Cloud. I am using OTBI subject areas:
- Procurement – Requisitions Real Time
- Sourcing – Supplier Negotiations Real Time
- Sourcing – Supplier Responses Real Time
I have a requirement where a single Requisition Number is sent to multiple suppliers. The data is coming correctly in OTBI, but currently I get rows for each supplier. I need to convert this data into a pivot format, where suppliers appear as columns (side by side comparison), not rows. My report is like this:
| Line Number | Description |(Total seven Columns are before the Suppliers)| Supplier A Price | Supplier B Price | Supplier C Price | ... |
What is the recommended best practice in OTBI to achieve this comparative supplier pivot output?
- Should I only do pivot in the Results → Pivot Table view?
- Is there any supported way to pivot supplier names as columns in OTBI SQL?
- Or is the correct Oracle recommended approach to take this dataset and build the final comparative statement pivot in BI Publisher RTF instead?
