BI Publisher SFTP delivery connection support with Azure SFTP server

It definitely make sense to introduce Azure SFTP server capability considering Oracle is already collaborating with Microsoft on lots of other technology fronts.

We ended up creating a lot of workarounds due to this issue. Can someone from Oracle respond as the AP payments file delivery works to Azure only the BI reports delivery does not work. This is not uniform behaviour across the Oracle suite.
