Setting Filename when creating email bursting in Publisher

While setting up email bursting in oac publisher, is there a way to control the name of the attachment file? I would like to have a fixed filename concatenated with date. For example: name of the file that user receives as email attachment: YOURFILE_YYYYMMDD.xls

It can be done if you are publishing the data into FTP location. Please take a look into the following docs for more details.
