Setting Prune time for each and every PVO and Job Level in BICC
Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of):
Description (Required):
As we need to extract data from fusion using the BICC we have the requirement of Prune time/days so that we don't miss any data but I don't see that feature in the BICC.
So think I would be a very good feature to be added at PVO and JOB level as we have this requirement in almost all the Data Warehouse projects

Seems like a great Idea as different extracts might well need different prune times.

Is there a way to expedite this? Our organization is in need of this

Agree.. PRUNE Time at each Job level should be there. System level can be used else Job level will take the precedence. Good Idea to be implemented.

i have the same requirement, if not possible to set at job or pvo level any soap service to set dynamically also helps

I have jobs scheduled at various intervals. Hourly / Daily. The current prune time can be set impacts all the jobs. Setting it to 60 minutes for the Daily Jobs will also impact Hourly jobs and send duplicated data for 2 hours.
Its a good idea to have the Prune time set differently for each Schedule Job level / PVO level / Offering Level0
