The new content-sharing integration with MS Teams works well for OAC DV (Data Visualization) Workbooks. Can the product team confirm if this feature will be extended to Classic Analysis ? If yes, by when can we expect this update?
Thanks for your question and I'm glad to hear it works well for you. However, this is currently not planned for classic.
Regards
Mike
My suggestion would be if your organization is considering longer-term investments, evaluate migrating existing Classic Analysis dashboards to DV/Workbooks since the newer features (Teams sharing, advanced viz, AI-powered features) seem aligned with Workbook content in recent releases.
Hi @RVohra,
Thank you for the suggestion regarding the migration to DV Workbooks.
While we understand the strategic shift toward DV, migration is currently not a viable option for us due to the nature of our reporting. We rely heavily on transactional reports in Classic Analysis that frequently contain 60–70 columns, with some extending to over 150+ columns.
Given that DV is optimized for visualization rather than heavy tabular reporting with high column counts, these reports cannot be effectively migrated without significant performance or usability trade offs.
Could the product team please confirm if there are any plans to support the MS Teams integration for Classic Analysis for use cases like this? If not, is there a recommended workaround for sharing heavy tabular data via Teams?
@Mike Durran-Oracle, Can you please tell us if we have any alternatives for this. as MS team integration features in classic version will be very useful for us.
Hi Team, We would like to raise an enhancement request for the SSO/SAML configuration guidance for OAS 2026. We have already raised multiple SRs regarding OAS 2026 SSO configuration. However, we are facing difficulties getting the required guidance, as the available documentation does not clearly cover the OAS 2026 SSO…
We are planning to archive the Contract and Lease data currently sourced from the External Source as Contract and Lease accounting functions are being migrated to Oracle's CLM and Lease Accounting modules. At this stage, only active and partially closed records are being converted into Oracle and the remaining historical…
The difference column is a calculation, and I would like to average that row.
We are trying to convert our OAS reports to OAC and one of the parameters in the where clause of the report is what I am trying to make in OAC. I created a calculation as follows and I am trying to put it into a filter . The code validates EVALUATE('GREATEST ( TRUNC ( NVL (%1, TO_DATE (''1/1/2013'', ''mm/dd/yyyy'') ) ),…
Hi , I am calling one parameter in another parameter and it is not working. 1st parameter is showing values, while calling the 1st parameter in second it is not showing any values. Regards, Sree Hari M
