add invoice life cycle details to OTBI analysis?

Is it possible to add the Order Life Cycle details to an OTBI analysis?

We have created OTBI analysis using subject area "Procurement - Purchasing Real Time".

Now we want to add data to this analysis that shows the details of the Order Life Cycle. How much was Ordered, Shipped, Received, Delivered, Invoiced. (Invoiced is the primary one we want.)

How can this be done?

    OTBI is subject-area driven, not transaction-flow driven. Each subject area is built on a specific business object.

    • “Order Life Cycle” spans multiple Fusion modules:
      • Purchasing
      • Receiving
      • Inventory / Shipping
      • Payables (Invoicing)

    So a single subject area will never show the full lifecycle.

    Most likely you need to use following SAs to fulfill your requirement

    Ordered

    Procurement – Purchasing Real Time

    Received

    Procurement – Requisitions Real Time

    Delivered

    Inventory – Inventory Transactions Real Time

    Invoiced

    Payables Invoices -Transactions Real Time

    High level design for your need…

    • Create separate analyses, each using the above subject areas.
    • Use common keys:
      • PO Number
      • PO Line Number
      • Supplier
    • Place them on one OTBI dashboard. Add a dashboard prompt on PO Number. Hope it helps!
