I want to schedule my exam,but I try all my best, to do that, but unfortunately I failed to do.

    You should have mylearn.oracle.com account and there is an option to buy the Exam

    Please refer the attached screenshot.

    Once you buy the exam, you should be able to use this attempt for the desired certification.
