FDI HCM Workforce core History data requirement
Hello Team,
Client has a requirement to see historical data about person such as BU, Department, Legal Employer, Grade etc at time when he was hired and also another requirement is to see historical data of Person at DFF at Assignment level .
However, HCM core subject area is always giving the latest effective dated row only. So Please let know for suggestions/solution approach for this kind of requirement.

You might be able to use Subject Area "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time" to report on the worker assignment changes (past, present, and future) including hires, transfers, assignment changes, promotions, manager changes, and termination.
