This is a video that may help it is displaying dynamic images, I'm assuming you want different signatures? So you would have a signature image rather than a picture
Please let us know if it is a single fixed signature you are looking for

Hi,
I am trying to add a company logo to BI Publisher workflow notification templates. The image renders correctly in templates that use:
<?import:xdoxsl:///Common Content/Templates/Workflow Notification Redwood Subtemplate.xsb?>
but does not render in templates that use:
<?import:xdoxsl:///Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications/Workflow_Notification_Redwood_Subtemplate.xsb?>
Although the image implementation is the same, the Common Content Redwood subtemplate displays embedded (inline / CID-based) images correctly in email output, while the HCM Redwood subtemplate does not.
I have tried replacing the HCM subtemplate with the Common Content subtemplate and also referencing a public image URL using
url:{'http://www.oracle.com/images/ora_log.gif'}, but neither approach worked.Could you please confirm whether this behavior is supported by design, and advise on the correct way to add a custom image (logo) to these BI Publisher templates? Any relevant documentation or best practices would be appreciated.
The templates involved are:
- ExtSuppRegNotifApprovalFYIReport
- ExtSuppRegNotifRejectedFYIReport
- ExtSuppRegNotifResubmitReport
- SupplierUserAccountNotificationTemplate
Thank you
