Hi @User_0E6OZ,
Thanks for the details.
Looking at the screenshot, it seems there are 2 'Category Name' for Request Number: 1681020, as result 2 rows are coming.
If you take out the column 'Category Name' from the report, the Request Number: 1681020 should return only 1 row.
Hope this help.
Thank you.

Thank you @Bhaskar Konar it work if i remove that column.
But what if i dont want to remove the column category name. How to resolve it then? I want to create a graph for the supplier per category as well.

Hi @User_0E6OZ,
That's good news.
Quick Question for you: Is it possible functionally: for a particular Request Number (1681020) can be associated with 2 different Categories? Wanted to make sure the data are correct.

Yes thats is correct. A request number can be associated with multiple categories.

Thank you! That's good news.
If you present it via graph what issue are you getting?

I havent done a grpah yet. But the issue i am facing is that i want to count the number of pending approvals against a requst number and put it in a performance tile. Since some requests have more than 1 pending approvals, the request is counted multiple times instead of just one.

Hi @User_0E6OZ,
Thanks for the details.
You can develop a report having Request Number and the measure; it will give you the correct number which can be used for the Performance Tiles.
You can do another report where you choose the additional fields like Category Name etc. and the show the results as a graph.
Hope this help.
Thank you.
