Issue encountered after changing ownership (from one user to anther user) in OAC object.
Reference Oracle SR - 4-0000038368
Post changing of all OAC object's (DataFlows, Datasets) ownership to a new user - NEW-USER, old user - OLD-USER was made deactivated. Consequently, all OAC objects have stopped working.
Root cause => Scheduling part of all objects (Dataflow, Dataset etc) are not working. Temporary Solution : To make it working, all scheduling part need to be created manually by the new user : NEW-USER.
Additionally, Mobile Agents are also stop working even though all mobile agents are owned by the new user - NEW-USER.
Temporary Solution - All Mobile Agents need to be recreated manually by the new user - NEW-USER.
Is there any fix available at Oracle end to bypass this kind of scenario ? Hence, if there and change in ownership over any OAC object, all functionality should be operational under new user's ownership.
Thanks

We had this issue too when changing ownership. Workaround is real hassle/time-consuming when you have a large number of objects owned by someone that is no longer a user and you have changed ownership to someone else.

Having this issue. I grant ownership to user X to several objects , datasets and more. Next day after daily update user X has lost all privileges.
Arggghh.
