Employment Contracts in Oracle HCM Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) - 25R4
We’re excited to introduce Employment Contracts in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) as part of the 25R4 release - empowering people leaders with clearer visibility into how employment agreements shape their workforce.
With these insights, you can effortlessly track contract types, understand hiring patterns, monitor upcoming contract expirations, and identify renewal or compliance risks before they impact operations. This helps organizations plan proactively, strengthen workforce continuity, and ensure smoother HR processes end-to-end.
To help you explore the value of this new capability, we’re sharing a sample Employment Contracts Analytics dashboard that showcases top manager-level contract distributions, and hiring by contract categories across your organization.
Please download the attached Employment Contracts DVA file and import it into your FDI instance to get started.

Hello @AnishaPatra-Oracle, thanks for the information. If a customer has licensed "B92354 Fusion HCM Analytics", should be able to access this new functionality? If so, how can they enable it?
Thanks in advance and regards
Jose

Hi @José Valero, if the customer is an existing HCM FDI customer, you should be able to enable the Employment Contracts module from the Preview Enables Features. Once enabled, import this dv into your instance.
