Does anyone know where I can find technical documentation to debug OAS Mobile? I have followed the technical document KB146033 Oracle Analytics Mobile Application for Oracle Analytics Server Configured with Single Sign-On using IAM App Gateway which is essentially the blog Oracle Analytics Mobile Application for Oracle Analytics Server Configured with Single Sign-On using IAM App Gateway | analytics. Our IAM App Gateway & Load Balancer are properly configured. We can access the Enterprise Application setup under the Integrated Applications @ OCI. When accessing the OAS Mobile App that was created as an integrated app @ OCI, I encounter "Unexpected Error Something went wrong, please try later" error message when trying to execute the Magic URL on the OAS Mobile App. I get the "Connection Failed" error when using the Test Connection button. My mobile device is connected through a company VPN and my IT Comm Team sees the connection coming through our network firewall. The enterprise application works fine on Mobile Edge connected to our company VPN. However, that is not a solution to our executive corporate team. They want the GUI richness provided by the Mobile App like the demo instance. It is also limited as we cannot access BI published report scroll bars on pdfs. Is there not an Admin/Configuration or User Guide to troubleshoot OAS Mobile App issues?

  • There is no troubleshooting guide, per se.
    There is a MOS article that details some data collection, including how to collect a HAR file on a mobile device, but I am not sure that would provide beneficial information.

    Typically these errors are misconfiguration of the gateway app, magic URL or networking issues.

    If you have not already, it may be helpful to Collect Diagnostic Bundles and provide it in a Service Request so that the managed server logs can be reviewed.

    Where can I find the Oracle Analytics Cloud Scope URL if using OAS verse OAC?
