Person Records Secured By AOR Does Not Restrict Data Reflected In OTBI Reports

    Hi all, has anyone found a solution to this issue?

    Our issues is a user with data assigned AOR is showing the employees correctly in UI, but in BIP using the secured views and returning no data.

    What secured views you are using in BIP? Also, are you using person or assignment security in your Org?

    Hi Mandeep, we are using

    PER_ASSIGNMENT_SECURED_LIST_V

    and we are using assignment security in our Org.

    the strange this is, when we use PER_PERSON_SECURED_LIST_V the report returns data, but not when we use the assignment_secured_list_v

    hi @MandeepGupta @Sarah N ,

    May I know if you have found the solution for this issue? Appreciate if you could share some inputs on this issue.

    My issue: OTBI and Front End UI are showing the data as AOR after we enabled assignment based security. However there is no data found when in BIP report when I select from PER_ASSIGNMENT_SECURED_LIST_V.

    For the solution from: Fusion Global HR: Unable to access the Secured Table (KB23554), this will not reflect the data as per AOR - it will override and show the data as per assignment base table: PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M.
