I got my AI Data Platform setup but not able to see the agent flow option mentioned in the demo videos. Do I need to any enable any service or subscription? I already upgraded my plan to Pay on Go.

  • Hi there, the agents are in LA and you will need to speak with your Oracle representative on getting into the LA program.

“Agent Flow” in most demo videos is NOT a standard, always-on feature in Oracle AI Data Platform.
So upgrading to Pay-As-You-Go alone won’t automatically make it appear.

In Oracle Cloud, Agent Flow visibility depends on:

    1. Region availability
    2. Feature preview enablement
    3. Specific AI service activation (not just AI Data Platform)
    4. Tenancy-level feature flags

    Pay-As-You-Go only unlocks consumption billing.
It does NOT automatically enable preview UI features.

  • @User_QPHJ1 , Welcome to the Oracle Analytics Community!

As of now, you might already know the reason why you are not able to see Agent Flow.

Just to rephrase, Agent Flow (especially GenAI-powered orchestration) is only available in specific OCI regions.
If your tenancy is in a region that doesn’t support the required AI services, the option won’t show. Check if your region supports Generative AI services and AI Agents / orchestration features.

You can check by navigating to OCI Console → AI & Data → Check if Generative AI service is enabled.

If you don’t see Generative AI, it may not be subscribed in your region. Hope it provides more clarity.
