Enable Pipeline for bringing Elements and Elements Entries in FDI

Currently FDI have delivered pipelines for Payroll and Compensation. but none of them have information related to Elements and Element Entries.

It will be help users if we can have Elements and Element entries data in FDI via pipeline. Also these elements should be tied to Balances based on their links in HCM.

We have verified the payroll balances subject area in FDI. This subject area provides information related to balanaces in payroll. But this does provide any granular information like what all elements from comp and element entries page contributed to each balance.

For example : in payroll balances we have Regular earnings balance. To calculate regular earning, there are lot of elements contributing towards this balance, which are part of element entries page only. So we need to see all these elements also along with balances. We need this in Compensation and payroll subject areas.

This should be in the HCM - Workforce Rewards - Payroll Costing subject area; we have been using it to get to all the granular detail including the distributed elements, costing segments, input values, etc.

For every element in Cloud HCM , there is a corresponding balance existing. So you can refer to Balance name as an equivalent of an element in Balances subject area
However, there can also be some custom balances and other aggregate values where multiple elements might be contributing to the balance feeds.
Hence Balances cannot be enhanced to support element name/element entry related information.
Element Entry can only supported with Payroll Run Result and Payroll costing.
1. Payroll Costing / Costing of payment is already supported in FDI today ( @Martin_Gibbs_Mayo indicated that you can refer to payroll costing to review element and related costing )

Payroll Run Result & Element Entry are roadmap items.
