How to Dynamically filter Data in FDI/FAIDP 26R1?
I am not getting how to filter data using variable in semantic layer extension → Security.
There is no step for adding data security available any more. Now I know Custom Security Context is an option but that is more of Hardcoded Solution So, Want to understand how is it possible now ?

Hi @Santa_B-Oracle, if I am understanding correctly, you should be able to go into SME>Security then Add Data Security Step. This should enable you to add filters to the data based on certain conditions. If you want this to be more dynamic, you could create a session variable first to drive a variable filter in the security expression.
Hope this helps

@Santa_B-Oracle, my environment is 26.R1.P1 and I seem to have the option for this
You would just need to create the session variable in a sandbox first.
Apologies if I am missing something.
