Restrict OAC report bursting for some users

I have a report in which bursting is defined. I want to make this option unchecked by default when any user is scheduling a job. How to achieve that? If it's not possible to make that unchecked by default, then how to restrict bursting for some users?

If I understand your requirement correctly, you have a report with bursting enabled, but you don’t want the 'Use Bursting Definition to Determine Output & Delivery Destination' option to be selected by default when users schedule the job.

In Oracle BI Publisher, if a report has bursting configured, this option is automatically selected during scheduling and may not be unchecked by default.

As a workaround, you can consider maintaining two versions of the report:

* One with bursting enabled (for users who need bursting functionality)
* Another without bursting configured (for users who should run or schedule the report without bursting)

You can also control access by using folder-level or report-level permissions to restrict which users can access the bursting-enabled version.

I have tried this option, but it is removing bursting option for all the users.
