Error Starting OBIEE12c Services on Windows

Hi Guys,

I installed OBIEE12c and after the Windows server reboot , the OBIEE services are not up.

I read few many forums post but that did not help.

I read inthe admin guide that to start the OBIEE services , we just need to run the start.cmd command from <OBIEE_HOME>/bi_domain/bitools/bin, this is giving me an error.

So I ran from command prompt : E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\user_projects\domains\bi\bitools\bin> start.cmd

Please see the attached screenshots

Could yo please help me to resolve this issue.

    Make sure that your connection is working. no available  router to destination. Check the thread below.

    Hi Genba,

    Thank you for the reply. Iread the thread mentioned by you,

    If you are taliking about pluggable DB connection, I had done that already when installing.

    I am sure that the firewall is disabled for all public and private , still I will confirm t once again and revert.

    Hey , Its resolved.

    All i did was to open the Sqlplus and logged in as sysdba.

    and ran ALTER PLUGGABLE DATABSE ALL OPEN;

    After this I ran the start.cmd

    and all the servcies came up.
