We are getting this below error for a few users and when we try to run it we are able to get data successfully.
Below is the error message -
Welcome to Oracle Analytics and AI community.
It seems the report is timing out. Can you ask those specific users to schedule this report and see if it works? This could be due to the data access.

THis OTBI report we cannot schedule.I have provided the required data access .Some of the users able to submit the report but other user not able to run getting the following error.
But one user is able to run this with the same parameter.
This is a report which shows Applied Cash so it has got only one parameter of GL date.
The problem is some users with the same input get the output while others are getting this error.
Receivables - Standard Receipts Application Details Real Time and Receivables - Payment Schedules Real Time these two subject area we are using .Kindly let us know what is the required access
When I say access, it could be that the user running the report has access to more data compared to the one who is able to run the report successfully.
Both user are running with same parameter with same data access
Are they having same roles in Fusion?

Could you please capture the session query for both users and compare them?
The queries may not be identical. If they differ, the user experiencing the issue might have additional roles that are introducing extra security-related filters or clauses at runtime. As a result, the query cost could increase, causing the report to take longer to run and eventually exceed the maximum query execution time.
