I can create dataset and create workbook off from the dataset in DV

Question

I can create dataset and create workbook off from the dataset in DV.

After saved the workbook and tried to access it, it hangs and never be able to open it.

also when i click on three dot  and nothing pops up but the data set i loaded i could right click .

it's happening all of sudden.. ANy idea?

So we found that { } got blocked on F5 HTML and DV uses a lot of them in parameter values.  .. we had to put a policy to lift on that {} doesn't get blocked. Everything works the way it should be..

F12 and checked the error message populating. We got the idea something is blocking some javascript..

Thanks GayathriAnand.. apparently , it may be problem with F5 disable some of the javascript…

we are keep getting error message like 'connection reset errors (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)'

F5 BIG-IP proxy terminating the connection

We reached out F5 folks if they block any of web application firewall blocking the request..

I will report back to the forum.

Try capturing har file using dev tools in browser and check console messages and network messages for errors to debug further.
