OBIEE 12c Repository & Analytics Login Problem

Hello,
A few days ago, a problem occurred on obiee 12c, which causes unsuccessful logins on both repository & analytics side.
Version of obiee is: 12.2.1.00
Here is the error details;
When I look log files, no entry seen for the login attempts. For many weeks, we worked on this repository successfully, but after this time could not connect!
Is there anybody who experience such a case, and can you help me to fix this problem?
Regads,
Dilek

Have you checked the status of your OBIEE components? Is the Node Manager up and running? Admin Server, Managed Server, OPMN components?
Run the status.cmd/sh script to check these. It is located in <MW_HOME>/user_projects/domains/bi/bitools/bin

Yes, I checked. Only obis1 is SHUTDOWN mode. The others are all RUNNING state.

Have you attempted to restart your BI server?
are there any errors in the BI server log file worth noting here?

Yes restart the server many times, but nothing changed.
BI server log file last entries are;
Applying Policy
Applying Policy for tenant: ssi and language: en
Indexes in Index Location: 2

Start with the simple, check if you could ping the server, firewall, do a netstat to check the port is listening.
After it check in the ADMINISTRATION CONSOLE, the servers (ADMIN SERVER & MANAGED SERVER) are in "RUNNING" STATE (NOT "ADMIN", NOT "SHUTDOWN"), check in the Oracle Enterprise Manager if Oracle BI Services are RUNNING (ORACLE BI SERVER, ORACLE PRESENTATION SERVICES, ORACLE JAVA HOST, ETC.), check in the DEPLOYMENTS of the ADMINISTRATION CONSOLE has the "ACTIVE" state. If there is no clues in thats, check the bi_server1.log and AdminServer.log and let to us.

Go to the EM and check the log from there... this happens to me a lot and I just need to reload the RPD due to corruption... I do a lot of Online mode editing of the RPD and it makes the BI Server unable to restart so what I end up doing is loading the SampleAppLite.bar RPD and then restarting the server and then the BI server gets back and I just need to re deploy my latest RPD.
