This should be a critical enhancement - only allowing scheduling of the saved state of the workbook (if a consumer has no author privileges) is extremely limiting. Consumers should be able to schedule a workbook state for delivery, if not able to set parameter values at run time.
This should be considered a critical enhancement. Restricting scheduling to only the saved state of a workbook when a consumer does not have author privileges is extremely limiting.
Consumers should be able to schedule delivery of a workbook using a selected workbook state. Even if they are not permitted to modify parameter values at runtime, they should still be able to choose from existing saved workbook states when configuring scheduled deliveries.
This capability would significantly improve usability while maintaining appropriate permission boundaries between authors and consumers.
