We use OBIEE 11.1.1.9, on Oracle Linux.
We have set up Usage Tracking. It shows users but it misses some of them. How can I see all users?
Are you missing analytic report users or users for BIP report users ?
I am missing analytic report users.
@Staniša Avdalović Usage Tracking does not filter intentionally entries for "some users". There must be some issue when saving data into Usage Tracking table (S_NQ_ACCT). Look into BI Server component log, if there isn't anything related to saving/inserting UT data into tables. Usual case is that content of some column exceeds size of particular column and you need to adjust S_NQ_ACCT manually (increase size of particular column). This happened to me several times. Good luck in searching.

I couldn't find the problem. I know user who has executed query inside dashboard and his execution is not logged.
In this case log SR with Oracle support - I don't have any smarter advise for you - it will require detailed exploration/troubleshooting within your OBIEE 11.1.1.9 environment (btw pretty obsolete one…).

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
