Workbook: Shared objects enhancements. Copy/Drag and Drop Calculations to Shared Objects

There are two minor enhancements required for Share Objects when creating a workbook which would add to UX and wouldn't be hard to do.

When creating calculations under my calculations, it should be possible to copy folders and calculations from My Calculations to Shared Objects
Folders should be supported in shared objects - they're hard to organise without folders, this is why I tend to keep under My Calculations

This would make managing shared calculations, measures etc much easier to share at the data set level without going through the extra steps of saving the workbook as something then deleting canvases.

Note how there is no option for folders under Shared Objects, but there is under My Calculations:

Also - calculations in shared objects do not allow you to refer to other calculations in shared objects like they do in My Calculations.
