obiee graph is stuck in searching

Hi ,

I'm new in obiee and I have an issue with the performace of graph

The graph is stuck in seacrhing but the guery is already ended. It happens a lot after refreshing the page and afterwoards it is working fine.

I'm working with Chrome browser.

what can be done?

One or all of: -

1. Raise an SR to Oracle

2. Patch your installation to a more recent patchset for 11.1.1.7

3. Consider upgrading to 11.1.1.9

4. Use IE
