Multiple Dashboard pages are not visible after upgrade to 12c

Question

Hi All,

We recently upgraded from 11g to 12c and observed that if a user has access to multiple pages within a dashboard, he is not able to see all the pages. Only 1st page is visible.

However same user can open the other pages from Catalog.

All the permissions are intact. Also tried to change the order of the dashboard page but it dint help. We have few hidden pages in the same dashboard. Tried to place all the hidden pages at last, that also did not help.

Anyone faced similar issues ?

Hi,

If you create the dashboard by hand again in 12.2.1.2.0 I imagine everything works fine, right?

Can you do that for one of your dashboard with the problem and then compare the "dashboard layout" file between the upgraded version and the one you created by hand?

It's the file that exist inside the dashboard folder for each dashboard as it's the one listing the pages, order etc.

Use the Catalog Manager to see the XML code of the file.

Any difference there inside?

Yes we do have many hidden pages which are placed at the last. We tried to re-order the pages but no luck.
