dashboard error

hi,

i am getting below error on dashboard page. but, if i try to see the reports indiviually it is showing me the results but on dashboard page i m getting below error.please let me know about the same.

    Judging from your other thread you anyways seem to have an issue in your implementation. For this one - have you recreated the dashboard again already? I.e. made sure that it's not a case of a corrupted XML construction?

    the version is 11.1.1.6.2. i havent recreated this dashbaord. how would  you identify  whether its a case of corrupted XML construction

    No. You recreate the dashboard a second time and test it.

    recreating is the solution but if we have couples of reports where wwe ae getting this error again and again then we need workaround for this

    That means you have several instances of corrupted object definitions. Rebuilding is still the best solution as not all will share the same thing that's going wrong.

    can u give me the steps because i m not ablle to access this doc
