dashboard error

hi,

i am getting below error on dashboard page. but, if i try to see the reports indiviually it is showing me the results but on dashboard page i m getting below error.please let me know about the same.

To be using Oracle software in production without having access to the Support Code is not a good move. Find out who in your company has that code, get yourself a login and badge it to the code.
