Combining EBS authentication and weblogic LDAP

Question

All,

if you want to integrate OBI with EBS and you want to use EBS authentication/authorization you'll have to setup the necessary steps.

As we not only want to use EBS as a source but also use other sources, I was wondering if there is a possibility to make use of EBS setup for the EBS related subject area's/tables,...

and if we can make use of the standard LDAP for other users/projects as well?

Anyone experienced in this or is it one or the other and you can''t use both?

I think that is very possible. You can set it up using the ebs cookies as explained below and then other authentication providers as sufficient.
