Hi ,
I am using OBIEE 11.1.1.9 .After export to Excel, the date column is suddenly shown in a different format which leads to misinterpretation: 3-13-2017 instead of 13-3-2017. Can anybody tell what is the real cause ?

OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150120 - EXCEL 2007+ Exports Wrong Date Format For Non-ENU (Doc ID 2007856.1)
There are three workarounds:
• Export to Excel 2003 and then save file as Excel 2007+ format (.XLSX)
• Export the data to Excel 2007+ and then change the format of the exported date cells to the correct dd/mm/yy format in Excel 2007.
• Change the date format of the column in the Analytics criteria column properties to a custom format dd/mm/yy and the export to Excel 2007+ keeps the custom format

I changed it to custom format and saved it as system wide default .

This workarounds: "Export to Excel 2003 and then save file as Excel 2007+ format (.XLSX)" does not work anymore. Export to Excel 2003 no longer possible (OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0). I use the third workaround.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
