OBIEE Peformance Tiles not working with Essbase

Hi all,

We are having an issue with performance tiles not showing the figures.  We have financial analytics and performance tiles work on these reports that use a relational DB, but they don't when using Essbase as a source. Table and pivot are showing the correct results but not the performance tile (which only shows the name of the measure). 

We had the problem in OBIEE version 11.1.1.7.0 and recently migrated to 12c and exalytics and still have the same problem so it may not be related to the software.

Does anyone have an idea of what is causing this?
