ORA-01882: timezone region not found

We have created a new instance of the DAC and we see this error when trying to run an ETL :-

FAILED TO CREATE CONNECTION POOL DataWarehouse Process failed during creation of connection pool DataWarehouse.

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1

I cannot find where this might be configured, can you help us?

Our DBAs feel this is a client side setting

Can you check once on your server whether timezone is set or not.

We have resolved this issue by setting the TZ Env Var … please close this SR
