    the Actions available in charts are the ones defined in columns that are NOT in the excluded sections.

    If you exclude the column from a sections then all actions defined with it will not be shown!

    That's the odd part about this.  The other existing data points (status codes of A, B, and C) are all in the Excluded section.  That's why I put the new status code in there as well.  The actions for each of these are defined on the column level.

    Can you paste the image of:

    - your criteria tab

    - your chart definition

    - The interaction properties of your measure

    I met with a co-worker this morning for a couple of hours.

    We finally figured this out.  While we had the action links correctly set up on the measure fields (the various dollar amounts), we learned that we had to include the action link on the status code field as well.

    There were three conditional action links on the status code field already - one for each of the existing measure fields.  All we had to do was add one more conditional action link for the new status code value.  It all works perfectly now.

    Whew..
