requested_qty issue with OBIA 7.9.6.4
Hi,
We had OBIA 7.9.6.3 installed in one of our clients, which we upgraded to 7.9.6.4 some times back.
There was a report in OBIEE which had a column requested_qty from the table w_rqstn_line_cost_f.
Customer reported null values in the report. Hence, we investigated the issue.
We checked the seeded mapping SIL_RequisitionLinesCostFact which loads the data in the given table only to find that it is unmapped in the final step.
I wanted to verify if this column was mapped in OBIA 7.9.6.3?
Also the last resort seems to run a full load which is a no-no for client.

is the column requested_qty is fetching data from source ? if it is map the column to target table and load the data. if the table w_rqstn_line_cost_f is already populated except the requested_qty column ,create a separate cut-over mapping to load this column.

Hello Mr. Battula, Thanks for the quick response.
We have backtraced the entire mapping for the SIL as well as the SDE and the column is mapped to the source EBS.
But only disconnected in the Update strategy. I could not figure out the reason for such.
Also the cut-over mapping is the only resort left out.
But I wanted to as well verify it with 7.9.6.3, if this column was connected, if anyone does have access to it.

I managed to get hold of BIAPPS 7.9.6.3 implementation and found that he requested quantity is not connected in the SIL part.
This means that the column requested quantity was connected manually for the reporting purpose, but this link disappeared as we upgraded the BIAPPS.
