OBIS Failed.
Hello everyone
When you start my server through 'start.cmd' located in the folder (F: \ Oracle \ Middleware \ Oracle_Home \ user_projects \ domains \ bi_domain \ bitools \ bin)
Displays the following error:

I have already paused and started several times.
What can be happening?
When I try to log in I get the following error:

Can you try shutting down all the services once and then try to start the services in below order.
1. Admin Server
2. Node Manager
3. BI Managed server
4. OPMN services
This should work fine.

Where are these files located?
Start.cmd starts all in sequence.

Try to start the service adhoc from "em".
Also, can you share us the obis1 service log. Log path will be something like below..
<MW_Home>\instances\instance1\diagnostics\logs\OracleBIServerComponent\coreapplication_obis1

You shouldn't be looking in the nodemanager log....you should be looking in the log of OBIS

I'm using 12c. This folder does not exist. Can there be another folder?

Hi,
In 12c logs will be there in <obiee_home>/user_projects/domains/bi/servers/obis1/logs
Check the obis1-diagnostic logs. Can you share us the error message.
