All scheduled OBIEE are starting one hour
If a Job is scheduled through an Scheduler, it runs one hour late,
Furthermore, reports that were scheduled sometime in 2016 to be repeated on a weekly or daily basis, were running at their requested time during 2016, but from 1-JAN-2017 were running 1 hour later than originally requested in 2016.
There were no configuration changes done to the system and it is observed only after 2017. Server is in Adelaide time zone.

Are all reports running with the same user?
If so can you check the User settings, particularly the TimeZone?
This could drive the Agent schedule

Hi,
Verified the User settings and Agent Schedule, Both were configured to the same time zone. Please check below, But all the jobs are running one hour late.
