Hello There,
Could you please mention the steps you have followed and completed till now for BIAPPS 11g installation and configuration? Please note your Patching is failing due to missing component(oracle.bi.bifndn:11.1.1.9.0) within your <ORACLE COMMON HOME>, it might be because of the fact that you are applying platform patches way before some of the mandatory steps.
For your reference below are the steps for BIAPPS 11g(11.1.1.10.1 and 11.1.1.10.2) installation and configuration:
>> Install Java jdk 1.7_80+(Java JDK update 80 or above)
>> Perform Weblog 10.3.6 install
>> Perform Software Only Install of OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0
>> Create OBIEE RCU Schema(BIPLATFORM and MDS)
>> Configure OBIEE environment.>> Perform Software Only Install of ODI 11.1.1.9.0(On the Oracle Data Integrator installer Welcome screen, ignore the message regarding creation of the Oracle Data Integrator Repository. You will create the Oracle Data Integrator Repository for Oracle BI Applications later when you run the Business Analytics Applications Suite RCU.)
>> Install BIAPPS 11g installable on top of exiting MIDDLEWARE HOME
>> Create BIAPPS RCU Schema(BIACOMP,BIA_ODIREPO and DW)
>> Apply BIAPPS Platform Patches which contains Platform Specific and Generic patches for BIEE,ODI and Weblogic
>> Update ATGLite,FSM and BIACM
>> Final Step is to configure BIAPPS environment.
Please note some of the above steps can be in difference order "if and only if" they are independent of each other and doesn't impact successful completion of each other.
Below is the Oracle Product document link of above mentioned steps:
In below mentioned link under section "Installation Prerequisites for Oracle BI Applications"In below mentioned link under section "Installing and Configuring Oracle BI Applications"

Hi Venkata,
The below is the error I am getting as shown below
Patch 21776123 requires component(s) that are not installed in OracleHome. These not-installed components are oracle.bi.bifndn:11.1.1.9.0,
Appreciate your assistance.
The problem is my oracle_home is in Unix Box whereas in apply_patches_import.txt file the Oracle_Home mentioned is C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home
I am also attaching the apply_patches_import.txt file for your reference
# Required JAVA_HOME - Java homeJAVA_HOME=C:\JAVA\jdk1.7.0_79# Required INVENTORY_LOC - Inventory LocationINVENTORY_LOC=C:\Program Files\Oracle\InventoryORACLE_HOME=C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_HomeMW_HOME=C:\Oracle\MiddlewareCOMMON_ORACLE_HOME=C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\commonWL_HOME=C:\Oracle\Middleware\wlserver_10.3#SOA_HOME=/scratch/aime/work/mw_home/Oracle_SOA1ODI_HOME=C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_ODI1SKIP_BITECH_PATCHES=false# Optionally Required WINDOWS_UNZIP_TOOL_EXE - If platform is windows, then specify unzip tool exe with complete path# Currently only two tools : Winzip command line and 7-Zip command line are supported tools. # Eg for Winzip tool - c:{PathSep}Program Files{PathSep}WinZip{PathSep}wzunzip.exe# Eg for 7-Zip tool - c:{PathSep}Program Files{PathSep}7-Zip{PathSep}7z.exeWINDOWS_UNZIP_TOOL_EXE=C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe# Required WORKDIR - An existing writable directory to create logs and temp patch filesWORKDIR=E:\Work# Required PATCH_ROOT_DIR - Path of patch directory till the release patch-set folder which is inside patches4fa/dist.# i;e the patch-set folder for a particular release to apply patch from # eg; /scratch/aime/tmp/ps1/biappsshiphome/patches4fa/dist/ps6rc3PATCH_ROOT_DIR=E:\OBIA11.1.9\Patches_for_OBIA\pb4biapps_11.1.1.10.2_generic
So even if i do sqlplus from command prompt I get the below because there is no Oracle_Home installed in Windows Environment
sqlplus is a wrong parameter
If I put the Oracle_HOME in apply_patches_import.txt the path of unix box.
The unix box Oracle_Home is /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1
I get the below error as shown below
"The system cannot find the path specified."
Appreciate your help?

Hi Venkata,
Please find attached the error which I getting below
OUI-67073:UtilSession failed: Patch 21776123 requires component(s) that are not installed in OracleHome. These not-installed components are oracle.bi.bifndn:11.1.1.9.0,

There are no patches for database in list of BIAPPS patches, so you don't have to specify your database path in apply_patches_import.txt file, also please note that you are applying patch on a windows machine then why would you provide path of a software installed on linux machine, patches are neither dynamic nor configured in the manned that it reads path from separate environments , I hope you are aware of same.
Regarding your issue please read previous update:
Your patching activity is failing due to missing component(oracle.bi.bifndn:11.1.1.9.0) within your <ORACLE COMMON HOME>, it might be because of the fact that you are applying platform patches way before some of the mandatory steps of installation.

Hi Syed,
These are steps I followed for installing OBIA 11g
1) Install Java jdk 1.7_80+(Java JDK update 80 or above)
2) Perform Weblog 10.3.6 install
3) Install OBIEE 12C
4) Create OBIEE RCU Schema(BIPLATFORM and MDS)
5) Create BIAPPS RCU Schema(BIACOMP,BIA_ODIREPO and DW)
6) Perform Software Only Install of ODI 11.1.1.9.0(On the Oracle Data Integrator installer Welcome screen, ignore the message regarding creation of the Oracle Data Integrator Repository. You will create the Oracle Data Integrator Repository for Oracle BI Applications later when you run the Business Analytics Applications Suite RCU.)7) Install BIAPPS 11g installable on top of exiting MIDDLEWARE HOME
8) Apply BIAPPS Platform Patches which contains Platform Specific and Generic patches for BIEE,ODI and Weblogic
Do we have follow the installation in the below sequence or the steps mentioned above are also fine
Appreciate your response.

This is what you did wrong
3) Install OBIEE 12C
4) Create OBIEE RCU Schema(BIPLATFORM and MDS) , Since these are OBIEE 12c RCU Schema.
You cannot install and configure two different version(11g and 12c) of fusion middleware products within same middleware home it is not supported nor will ever work due to difference in architecture between 11g and 12c.
You can install and configure BIAPPS 11g only with OBIEE 11g in you case
BIAPPS VERSION BASE SUPPORTED OBIEE VERSION FOR BIAPPS INSTALLATION/CONFIGURATION(Later OBIA specific platform patch will change the OBIEE version)
11.1.1.7.1 11.1.1.7
11.1.1.8.1 11.1.1.7
11.1.1.9.1/11.1.1.9.2 11.1.1.7
11.1.1.10.1/11.1.1.10.2 11.1.1.9
Please note yes OBIEE 12c is supported with BIAPPS 11.1.1.9.2, 11.1.1.10.1 and 11.1.1.10.2 but only as Out of Place, artifacts migration, but that can only be achieved once BIAPPS 11g environment is setup and up & running with an supported OBIEE 11g, see below document for same
Alert: OBIA 11g: Support of BI Applications 11g[11.1.1.9.2, 11.1.1.10.1 & 11.1.1.10.2] with OBIEE 12.2.1.x(12C) (Doc ID 2084688.1)

Next course of action is to uninstall all your Oracle installed products(not database on Unix environment), drop RCU schemas, once everything has been cleanly de-installed then perform the steps from the beginning.
1) Install Java jdk 1.7_80+(Java JDK update 80 or above)
2) Perform Weblog 10.3.6 install , Since you are going to install OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 on Windows 2012 R2 to avoid a known issue do apply Patch 16844206 for Weblogic, see below document.
OBIEE 11g: Error: 'oracle.as.provisioning.exception.ASProvWorkflowException: Problem invoking WLST - Traceback' when Installing OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 on Windows 2012 R2 (Doc ID 2027617.1)
3) Install Software Only OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 (This should not be done Enterprise Installation)
4) Create OBIEE RCU Schema(BIPLATFORM and MDS)
5) Configure OBIEE 11.1.1.9.0 (By executing config.cmd from following location <MIDDLE WARE HOME>\Oracle_BI1\bin)
6) Create BIAPPS RCU Schema(BIACOMP,BIA_ODIREPO and DW)
7) Perform Software Only Install of ODI 11.1.1.9.0(On the Oracle Data Integrator installer Welcome screen, ignore the message regarding creation of the Oracle Data Integrator Repository. You will create the Oracle Data Integrator Repository for Oracle BI Applications later when you run the Business Analytics Applications Suite RCU.)8) Install BIAPPS 11g installable on top of exiting MIDDLEWARE HOME
9) Apply BIAPPS Platform Patches which contains Platform Specific and Generic patches for BIEE,ODI and Weblogic
