Hi Simon, Thanks for ur reply, I need to show only analysis to the users so i have hidden the folders. If i un-hide the folders, then all the folders will come for all the users, which is not the case. regards, Abinash

Hi Christian, Thanks for your reply. Actually I have created different folders department wise and placed reports under it. But some users are there who will have the access to reports from other department as well. So created in this way to achieve it . pls suggest any alternate approach. regards Abinash

I have a column in DIM_TIME called, CAl_YYYYMM, which i have added as a 'Descriptor ID of" to Fiscal Month Year Column in RPD. The value of CAl_YYYYMM is like 201404. so if I Select MAY-2014, the PV will take the value of CAl_YYYYMM i.e. 201404. As the Prompt is Month range so it will be comma separated. i.e 201404,201512…

Hi Cesar, "AD_DIM_TIME Total" is defined as the grand total level, so i can't define any key for it. Shall I remove it as grand total level and try with it. And also if I keep it as Grand Total Level then I can not use it in Todate function. Please suggest. regards, Abinash
