There are a number of things you could try from changing the position hierarchy filter to is a descendant of, explore hierarchy level column exists to filter out ancestor levels, look at flattening hierarchy view.

Good work on this. I'm not a fan of dark themed dashboards, but the colors you have used really makes the data and insights standout

You need to look at the logs, how the connection is setup to ensure it can cater for number of users and number of queries, re-examine the queries to ensure they are efficiently written, check the Caching settings, etc. There is a lot that can be causing the issue

Good work with this with the layout, color scheme and the additional narratives for each viz.

You have a few options here. First option is to add your pivot table with the total. Then in selection steps pane add a set on the dim column to keep only and select the specific members. Second option is to use Filter or Case, which might be a better option to use
